IMPORTANT NOTES FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE SELECTED ENTRIES:

·        The first round selection list is now announced. These selected entries will showcase their innovation through demonstration/presentation in physical mode during the IMP-2022 event on Monday, the 20th June 2022.The demonstration/presentation of each entry will be for 5 minutes followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. The tentative time for starting the event is 9:30 am and it may run up to 5:30 pm.

 

·        The participants must bring their demonstration/presentation material, the submitted video and write-up with them on 20th June, 2022. The participants must carry the studentship certificate or start-up related original documents (for all team members) with them. Failure of producing these original documents may lead to cancellation of participation in the event.

 

·        To and fro railway fare in AC 3 Tier will be reimbursed,on production of tickets, for only one team member (presenter) for the selected entries.Lodging of the presenters will be arranged (in shared rooms) by the organizers. The presenters may check-in at the lodging place on 19th June, 2022 and need to check-out on 21st June, 2022. Prepaid taxi/Ola/Uber charges from railway station in Kolkata to the lodging placearranged by the organizers and back will be reimbursed on production of the bills. The presenters need to send the form given below to the IMP Coordinator within 10th June 2022.

 

·        Other team members of the selected entries are allowed to participate at their own cost.

 

·        The team members are requested to visit the notifications in the website for regular updates. No personal communication will be made in this regard.

 

·        All presentations will be in offline mode. There is No provision of online meeting.
